These Terms of Use, together with MoneyMash’s Privacy Policy, set forth the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to your access and use of all MoneyMash products and services (together, the “Services”), that are made available through our website (together, the “Site”). “MoneyMash” includes Jump Start Digital, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents. MoneyMash Services are intended for the United States of America (“U.S.”) residents only who are 18+ years of age and may include, but are not limited to, free credit score; access to third party rewards programs; platforms that enable users to locate and contact U.S. financial services, as well as professionals, such as third party experts, advocates, and advisors, who can provide various services; review services and forums in which users may ask questions to other community members or third party advisors; and platforms that enable users to apply to pre-qualify for certain insurance premiums, credit card or loan offers.
By using or accessing MoneyMash Services you agree to these Terms and any other terms on the Site, as updated from time to time. Because MoneyMash provides a wide range of services, we may ask you to review and accept supplemental terms that apply to your interaction with a specific product or service. Make sure you return to this page from time to time to review the most current version of the Terms. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms without prior notice at any time, and your continued access or use of this Site indicates your acceptance of any updated or modified Terms.
THESE TERMS STATE THAT ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND MONEYMASH MUST BE RESOLVED IN BINDING ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND THAT YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION AND THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER BY FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURES IN THE UPCOMING SECTIONS BELOW.

Your Account

You agree that any such advice and content is provided for information, education, and entertainment purposes only, and does not constitute legal, financial, insurance, tax planning, or other advice from MoneyMash. You agree that MoneyMash is not liable for any advice provided by third parties. You agree that you are responsible for your own financial research and financial decisions, and that MoneyMash is not responsible or liable for any decisions or actions you take or authorize third parties to take on your behalf based on information you receive as a user of MoneyMash. Accordingly, before making any final decisions or implementing any financial strategy, we recommend that you obtain additional information and advice of your accountant and other financial advisors who are fully aware of your individual circumstances.
Sharing Information With Third Parties. To use some of the Services, you may need to provide information such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security number, and other sensitive personal and financial information, to third parties. MoneyMash has no control and makes no representations as to the use or disclosure of information provided to third parties. You agree that these third party services are not under MoneyMash’s control, and that MoneyMash is not responsible for any third party’s use of your information. Further, it is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever links you select and information you provide (whether from this Site or other sites) is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects and other items of a destructive nature. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MoneyMash and/or their respective Merchants and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of: (i) your access to, use of, or alleged use of the Site and Services; (ii) your violation of the Terms, documents referenced herein, or any applicable law or regulation; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any disputes or issues between you and any third party. Termination

In addition, MoneyMash in its sole discretion may suspend or terminate your user account and/or suspend or terminate some or all of your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice to you. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Customer Service at support@MoneyMash.com. After your account is terminated, information and content previously provided by you will no longer be accessible through your account, but MoneyMash may continue to store such information and content, and it may also be stored by third parties to whom it has been transferred through your use of the Services.
Modification of the Terms

If, despite the limitation above, MoneyMash is found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrences described above, then the liability of the MoneyMash will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the money you paid to MoneyMash in connection with such transaction(s) on this site, or (b) One-Hundred United States Dollars (US$100.00) or the equivalent in local currency.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Puerto Rico, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site. Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship exists between you and MoneyMash as a result of these Terms or use of this Site.
Our performance of these Terms is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in these Terms limits our right to comply with law enforcement or other governmental or legal requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by us with respect to such use. To the extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that you will bring any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of this Site within two (2) years from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued or such claim or cause of action will be irrevocably waived.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired. Fictitious names of companies, products, people, characters, and/or data mentioned on this Website are not intended to represent any real individual, company, product, or event. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
In some instances, MoneyMash’s third party partners require that MoneyMash users agree to be bound by some additional terms of use that are specific to particular products or services (“Partner Terms”). In the event of any conflict between the Partner Terms and MoneyMash’s Terms of Use, MoneyMash’s Terms of Use govern and control.
